We're Somerset-based facilities management professionals, headed up by James who has 15 years' experience in the FM and allied fields. Lawler FM was established in 2021 as a 'covid business'. Since then we've gone from strength to strength, bringing professional know-how to businesses across the area.
We offer FM solutions to small and medium-sized organisations, and those with landlord responsibilities, focusing on efficiency and cost-saving.
We've worked with blue-chip clients, on government projects, and in healthcare settings but we know that services are just as critical in small businesses. You'll find a friendly partner for your facilities needs - and if we can't help, we'll know someone who can.
Sub-contracting
We sub-contract on short-term projects in and around Somerset (only), bringing you a ready-skilled, ready-badged solution to many of your client's requirements. We'd be very happy to have a chat.

We work in a high-risk enviornment, with gas, welding equipment and power tools all around. James was just great in helping us to get ourselves in order so we could comply with insurance requirements. I can't recommned him enough.

James subcontracted to us on a short-term intensive project for a blue chip client. We expected to have to contract with multiple organisations, but he was able to look after everything from space design and COSHH surveys to risk assessments for our working parties.
